Meternity leave money

Right me lass aint gunna get no meternity leave money becuase she only works 12 and a half hours per week so its not enough to qualify for it.

Anyone else had this problem or know if there any benifits ya can get if this happens coz the job centre are fukin useless they just say go on the sick but then she doesnt get sick pay either

dont think theirs out she can do tommo got to be working at least 16 hrs a week n even then shed only get 90% ov the wage which is still poo cos u dnt get much 4 16hrs

tell her 2 ring her local citizens advice bureau get the number off the jobcentre

why doesnt she up her hours at work ? cos be pointless going 2 another job cos u have 2 be there so many weeks 2 qualify

we pretty much fuked then really hahaha
they wont up her hours at work thats the thing
she knows she get 500 bar or somthing at 11 weeks to go but looks like i'll be paying the bills from then on

soon as the bairns born aply for child benifits which is 72 bar
then if shes still gunna work aply for working tax credits n child tax credits n u get a few hundred off that .. im working 16hrs n get 500 for child n workin tax credits but that just covers the hrs i wudnt ov been workin when i was workin full time but its better than nwt .. n ya get that every 4 weeks so it will help plus shell get free prescriptions n stuff lk that too with the tax credits

tell her to on the sick n hand her sicknote into the dole, then wen shes had the baby she should be able to get income support plus all the other benefits untill shes ready to go back to work
