Like i said early this afternoon the boat owners have asked us to give this boat trip a miss due to all the legal stuff going on with them at the minute with the licence.
Ive been trying to sort this out all day to see where we stand at the boat with future events and what we have been told is the may boat trips events are still ok.
This is very short notice but out of my hands and the best thing i can do instead of canceling the whole easter event is to transfer it to the mcewans centre.
The mcewans centre are happy to hold this event but the times have to change so instead of 5 to 2 boat times it is going to be 6 to 1.
I am keeping the same line up as the boat flyer and both arenas will have what they say on the flyers dj's and mc's in both rooms.
With this happening we will lose 2 hours off the 9 hours we had planned at the boat so there will be a lot of b2b mc's and dj's sets main room and maybe 1 or 2 in room 2 and this way we dont have to lose any person off the flyer.
I am working on the times right now and i will post them up a.s.a.p as we only have 6 days to go.
Please spread the work as we dont want people turning up to the boat and it being closed.
Can the people who have the coaches from darlo,yorkshire,carlise,and if there is any other coaches booked that i dont know about please get in toch for new details.
