me pal is a hairdresser nd she told is to neva use hot oils.

the best thing i do for my hair once a couple of weeks is to put a deep conitioner on me hair wen its dry, leave it on for abowt an hour or even longa(your hair ends up goin rock hard) then wash it off! it does miracles for dry hair!

my hair is a little bastad neva does wot i tell it to, its totaly snapped at the front neva grown for years, think thats off the ironin days though!

hahaa ee god i rememba those days!! mines naturaly straight jst a blow dry it and use Loreal Studio hot straight and Mark Hill de frizz shine serum. Lee Stafford products are reali good as well.
