anyone na how i can stop it producing them SFK. files weneva i record or edit stuff etc.

Nar It Needs Them To Edit The Files, Ya Just Delete Them Afters, They Probs A Setting In Options To Auto Delete Them Like. Might Call Them Temp Files Or Sumit Mate

i think i found it....

go to options, then preferences, then the general tab and then tick delete temporary files on close
