Right, When recording sets with my current program Acid Pro 6.0 it seems like the louder the volume coming out the speakers the more it records to loud and you cant hear it, now I have the MIC on the computer put down to 1/100 and when having the music on pritty loud it does a good job recording but I would like to have it louder with it recording perfect like this, any help?

right mate what you need to be doin is make sure the lead from your mixer is plugged into the line in socket on your pc/laptop (its the one that looks like to brackets (()) with the arrow pointing into it) then once youve done that go into your volme controls and make sure line in and volume are at full and the gain on your mixer is turned right down or gain full and line in low either way it ill work youll just need to experiment on which sounds the best
