Sky Broadband help

tryin to help out a mate with skybroadband ....hes got connected to internet via wireless but after so long keeps kicking him off ,, anyone know what the problem could be and how would i fix it ..help very much appretiated:541:

ya m8 will b betta off goin with diffrent broadband company i was with sky kept gettin cut off every 5mins used 2 piss me rite off kept fonin them nd they kept sayin it was either my pc or bcas i lived 2 far from telephone exchange i lived 2mins from the exchange its sky broadband m8 there load of wank honest save ya time nd money go with some1 else
