virus tag team or what

got 2 viruses i think but they dont show up when i search my pc with me spybot search n destroy ,,

and then the other pop up like 1 in the middle of the screen says

"PLEASE TRY AGAIN TO CONNECT TO THIS FILE "

RETRY , REMIND LATER , CANCEL .. POPS UP LOADS

AND IT INSTALLED SPYGUARD PRO BY ITSELF AND I CANT OPEN IT OR GET OPEN MSN EITHER
ANY HELP ?
