rite a spilt a glass a wine on me lap top on sat nd a dryed it out wiv the hair dryer an it was workin fineee all yday but to day wen av turned it on wen a press the keys it doin funny thinks like if a press c it opens my computer nd if a press n this funy voice starts talkin to is nd some keys dont work...is there any thing a can do or is it just totaly fucked lol :349: :17429:

what connection is it on end sarah it should work , if aint got right one they will be ways u could get the right connector from any local pc repair shop r summit

how many usb ports has ya laptop got? best bet would be getting usb keyboard they dont cost too much

you'll need a replacement keypad which u can get for pennies off ebay if u can find the correct model, then find the service manual on the net an it tells u how to correctly dismantle the laptop... its very easy to get the keyboard out.

you could take it out n clean it yourself but it means taking all the keys out, the wine will have went sticky on the circuit n fucked it.

or take it to a shop, i am sure they would replace it.

or buy a small USB keyboard, but it defeats the object of havn a laptop lol
