Should basically say " Recovery Disk" and should look like a floppy.. if not ringing up and seeing f they can do anything is probably the next best thing you can do..

when the screen saying windows restarted unexpectedly etc.. try safe mode with network

if it doesnt boot into safe mode.. somethings seriously gone wrong

Will still need to ring the shop and see if they can do anything for you.. safe mode is just a temporary thing
