right, as ya probably kno me and rich r tryin to put on a rave in newcastle. heres yer chance to let us kno who u'd like to play at it if its possible for us to book em on the nite...

I would have a second room of a completely different genre to bring fresh people in too, maybe some sort of house?

we do hav dj smurf confirmed.. he played judgement day ;)

depending on the clubs we hav in mind... it could hav 2rooms... hopefully it will then we could maybe hav up and coming for the first part of the nite and then maybe house and trance in the 2nd room towards the end of the party as a chillout

I'm not too keen on the Makina sound but I used to be well into all of the old Judgement day stuff.

i play mostly makina but i will buy sum hardcore tunes for the event, even if i only get to play them once... the main thing for is variety imo.. makina gets the numbers... but i think hardcore should get an equal push at an event... so hopefully this will help maybe get a few more ppl interested in it again..

i like the idea of a club in newcastle i wud defonitly say get ace tazo n trance if u got stompin aswell it will be packed. then a nice fews sets of hardcore.
it works well at oasis and its always packed!
I wudnt be gettin matrix on he plays ultimate cheese and for a lot of money.
dj chrissy g would be who i would have on he plays an amazin set everytime

Just recieved some demo CDs through the post from this guy RV2. He played at Oasis and is absolutely class. He sent me demo mixes of oldskool, happy hardcore, bouncey techno and modern stuff. Hes a great mixer and has a lot of upfront and unreleased tunes. Definatly think its worth booking him. Also the fact that he has played somewhere else is a good sign.

Alot of peps on here might want to see matrix and stompin but to be honest you are putting a poll on a site that 90% of its member are 17 or under and they cant go to your rave can they.
I for 1 wouldnt come if they were on matrix plays shite music he has not got a tuff beat in his collection and stompin attracts scumbags only out for 1 thing (TROUBLE).

Well I will take badboys comments on boards and talk it over with Quake.

One thing for sure is all the *trouble maker* charvas can go to the new monkey. We don't want that crowd. Although to generalise I would say a lot of them are into Makina only and don't like UK Hardcore, but correct me if im wrong. We want this event to be trouble free, for the people who truely love there hardcore reguardless of their dress, attitudes etc.
