Help Urgent

My computers completely fucked. Everytime I go to log on normally it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to load and then it freezes. Any ideas of what it could be. It lets me start up in safe mode but I have no sound or anything no photo viewer. Help please :).

you could try starting in safe mode, and scanning for virus's - aint got 1 google "avg free" and download the free virus scanner, also go to Start -> Programs -> Accesseries -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter, and defrag your harddrive(s), that may fix it for ya, if not you need to reboot it with a recovery disk or xp disk or sumin - need any more help its paul@wikid-games.net on msn
