well a just liked music from when a was a kidda. and my goal was to entertain on the mic at dimensional. i lost intrest in that and then started listening to alot a dj'n with no mc's and then started having a blast on the decks. it was enjoyable and its stuck every since :)

No real influence other than hearing early rave tapes from people at school such as carl cox fantazia, venue, etc and I had started buying the records after hearing these tapes but I didnt have decks then. By the time I got decks in 95 I had a few records to have a go with. Never really wanted to be the next big thing was just a hobby really.

On the nose - Carl fuckin Cox.

When he's good . . .he's the best

People like X-Fade, Attack, Excel. All enthusiastic DJ's and turntablists. Brought some excitement to a club. I used to buzz when i was going to the After Dark or Colosseum and knew what time they were on. Made it all worthwhile

After that, Eddie Halliwell used to lube me up after i saw him in Ibiza

I would say main influence was this website tbh like..
my big brother has decks in the late 90's early 2000's but they were just belt drives or summit and he was more of a raver.. i used to go on them when he was out and wack stuff like monstersound & the escape on and buzz off it. been into the music since i was a bairn thru sharing a room with me big brother n that... got me own pair in 2004 or something but only got them to blast on the mic with me mates and that.. about 05-06 time started taking it seriously and buying tunes of this site. i had never really knew the whole concept of djing till i downloaded loads of sets off here and seen people giving feedback and that... and just tought me self

my brother had dex and dj'd when i was growing up so i guess now i look at it that was my first influence.

i used to mess about on them when he was out the house and look at dex in his DJ magazines. This was probs about 15 years ago.
