DJ WICKED ripped me off yesterday. i swapped wot i thought was whiplash, japan and capturing matrix on white label for a phone. wen i got home it turns out there nothin even resembling makina or hardhouse or anythin. i just thought everyone should no, dont make the mistake i did of trusting sum fucka in the hope of a good deal. i just hope he doesnt fall on a big fuckin SPIKE. :mad:

I've said this time and time again but if you're buying/swapping white labels with people you haven't met before/don't know then always meet somewhere where you can have a sly listen to the tune before you do the deal (ie. HMV). Alternatively do a bit of research and find out what the catalogue number is for the tune you're getting then you can check that way. It's piss easy to rip people off with white labels..................

Another thing................if something like this does happen to someone then they are stupid for making a thread on here about it. The more sensible thing to do would be to pm someone with the persons details who's bumped them, then they can contact the person and arrange a deal. Then when they meet a few people can do the kid in. If the bump reads this then they aren't gonna do anymore meetups are they. Think about it...............

Wasn't getting at you mate just trying to pass on a bit of advice. I've been buying/selling records for a long time and luckily I've never been bumped but I know shit loads of people over the years who have and it's always with whitelabels. Infact in the past 2 years there's been a few cases like this mentioned on here. Wouldn't suprise me if it's the same person using different names..................

i done the same mate i went to meet him for a white for my nephew and when i got home it was some some funkey house tune , not bad in a way as i wanted the tune he give me lol, when i seen the post today from dj wicked it was the same tunes that were up for sale but using a different user name , i did what jts said and sent him a pm to meet him but he wouldnt reply, luckey as well like cos i would have bit his nose off for bumpin me even tho it was £4 its the fucking cheek of it

I had the same thing done to me a while back with white lables m8 that was in the town he was from byker or so he said. I know what you're sayin James but if someone comes on here with the intent on bumping people (and it's probs the same lad just changing his name) they'll probs do it 1/2 times and then lay low for a while then come back on and change there name. But I agree lyk the only way with whites is to get clued up on cat numbers n that.

Can't remember whether he phoned me or I phoned him but I defo spoke to the kid and he seemed canny (just goes to show how deceptive people can be). Where did he meet you Macer? See I'm struggling to see the logic here. If he's only getting £4 he'll probs spend that on travelling there and back. Even if he uses the Metro and doesn't pay it's still only £4. I can't believe anyone would be sad enough to do it. A similar thing happened to Quake in Bishop Auckland bus station. He was meeting a lad to buy a Bit record for £5 but when he turned up there was 2 lads there - the lad who was supposedly selling the record and his mate. Strange thing was though they never had any records with them. And one of them threatened Quake. Ffs for a £5 record. To even meet for a £5 record is pointless...................

the lad never showed, he was talking to some lad also there who had a blacked out tune, the lad said it was slipmat and he was also selling for 80bar, the lad offered him 90, then he sed when he got home he relised it was infinitry - take me now on a blacked out white lol
