wats these control tunes??

theyre on 6 of february 1999
first one says; keeps doing a little 4 beat scratch saying 122333 then when it kicks off a woman starts singing "ive gotta hand it to u, ive gotta hand it to u"
says that a few times throughout the tune says summing else after it says that but fuk nars wat

second tune; a blokes voice keeps saying, "drop the beat" "dropdrop the beat the beat" "drop drop the beat" and thats all i can say

the second tune is probably Brisk & Trixxy - Rock Da Beat - Stompin Choonz

it was quite big around 97/98 at the afterdark.
