Help !!!!

I've got loads of fuck off jumps on my copy of the escape, it started off with a little one so i tried to get it out, but with it being a picture disc i couldnt see it very well so its went tits up and it is completely fucked untill the second breakdown.

Does anybody know if there are experts that can help with these things, or something i can buy to take them out ?
