aye col was open the following sat after the raid think it was free in as well, was a banging night. if the clubs got no licences etc then its going to be hard to close the place coz they no licences to take away. and that was feb 1996 and the club closed in nov 97. and closed only because the lease ran out and the council offered the landlord miles more than the value of the property to buy the club to get rid of the rave, thats why its a church now. no doubt davey will have a belter expensive solicitor to cut thru the polices shit as he's been in the game for a while now. you'll probs find they a solicitor who used to work for the prosecuters against dodgy clubs and now works for the clubs for the big money. only time will show how much the police have on the club etc and even if they do they will need to make sure someone else dont take over it for davey, wonder how matrix is, as the clubs promoters bare a lot of responsibility for the nights they promote as well and cant get drawn into being done for it as well
