fast Mc'ing is terrible unless the mic is canny loud cos it just sounds all the same, TNT is the worst for that, rhyming away fast as fuck but you can't hear half of it properly.

Mc to the speed of the music is what its all about.if you hear someone mcing to trance (proper trance like veracocha push etc) like tio used to at club xs years ago it sounds wicked because the music is only 135-145 bpm.at the monkey they speed spanish up so its over 170 bpm not supposed to be mced to lol stompin manages to make it sound good but a lot of mcs end up saying stupid stuff all the time or sounding like a moan.mcing sounds canny over italian like cos most of its under 160 bpm

the simple answer is all the mc's that are coming through just copy off ace and tazo and for me sound the same. the new ones need to get their own style or its going to get boring. as for the people sayin fast is crap, it just depends if your a good mc and can do it, ace, tazo and tnt do it really well and its quite easy to understand them when you listen properly. as for the lad who says turbo d is better than stompin then your mad. stompin has been round for longer and has always been at the top, i wouldn't rate turbo as ever being at the top even though he still is good, his rhymes mean nowt but they seem to be catchy as loads of people know them

my opinion.......

mc stompin is a dross mc.........his lyrics aint complex, nor are they exciting but what he does possess is stage presence. younger ravers dont seem to get this, they all go "wah, (insert name) is the boyo, fast as fuck" or like my little brother, wen im listening to colo's and JD's "e.g. Attacks crap, he doesnt blitz on the mic" but back in the day, mc's werent there to spit out as much shit as possible as fast as possible, they were there to entertain, work the crowd, when the choon kicked off they let the ravers do there thing, i.e dance, go mad as fuck etc then they didnt come in till the choon broke down.

like i was sayin before, its stompins prescence that people love, he could stand and say "oi ravers, youre all wankers, get out me sight" and people would still jump about goin yessssss, stompins the boy like!!

defs mate, there's no real entertainers in the new M.C's, fair enough Turbo-D gets up on the speakers and gets into it once in a while but there's no-one doing it week in week out like the M.C's you listed there used to.
