itll be a test lik, but if u could sit there for an hour nd mix 3 dex with no double beats all the way through u know ur gud
it just a matter of gettin the speeds the same very fast indeed so u can hoy the mix straight in at the first kickoff
ive never tryed it meself lik nd id luv to aswell

Think you'd be better trying to master 2 first then add in a third thats what i'm working up til at the minute. You should try talk to haston about it cos he's mint on 3 decks.

I suppose it will just be like juggling, first you have to master doin it with 2 balls then u progress onto 3 and it will probs just be easyer as doin it with 2 i reckon.

Its just practice practice and a little patience. :rolleyes:

Hello,

Good to see that you's are interested in mixing with 3 dex.. for me it was difficult at first mixing with 3, because although I could do 2 no probs it was just like learning again a bit. The thing that makes it harder is that you have to leave a mix going & then cue up your other deck, so that mix has to be spot on and not trail out, cos if it does and you are trying to mix a third then it can go all over the place. It's real fun to do and I would recommend you's give it a bash. Especially with Makina which is music made for multiple deck mixing, you will find that it will open up loads of new possibilities for your mixing. It would be great to have some more 3 deck DJ's. If you feel like you have done all you can on 2 then buy a third.. be adventurous :) If you have mastered 2 decks then with practice you will be able to do 3.

You are spot on mate, I guarantee you that if you pull off good 3 deck mixes you will have your mates buzzing. Up my way i'm the only person that mixes 3 decks (in fact there are very few that mix Makina at all)

It's good to be different but i'd like to see more people give it a bash so that maybe it can catch on a bit, anyway even if everyone mixed 3 decks then there is still more chance for each DJ to have their own unique mixing style. I'd say to you go for it, and if you need any pointers then just ask.
