You need to find and download something called "Steam" then download it thru there..cost pennys..well bout a tenner to be exact..anyway you download thru the steam client then you can connect..think theres about 2000+ servers to run around on..so all good stuff

And Banny ..Source is mint..but av not bothered withit much.

There is other ways of getting counterstrike but risky..

Also ..you MUST have Broadband to play

Not a good way to get Counter Strike..imo..it only costs ***163;6 thru the Steam client,will probably use that in electric downloading off the torrents..but you shud be ok if the steam is hacked..shud be a matter of installing the game then Finding servers..not sure if you can play on proper steam servers.

R reet, so basically if i uninstall everything (original half life, CS mod and steam), then if i start again by installing half life 2, then CS and steam everything should be sweet?

No ..dont have to uninstall them..just need to open your steam account then look for an something called "Store" then look for Half life 2... think its $29 last time i had a look so that amounts to about £15 or thereabouts.

You can buy Counter strike source by it self but it defo worth buying the source pack thing..because you get DoD and Half Life 2 Deathmatch as well Counterstrike and Half life 2..so defo getting your moneys worth
