SCOTT BROWN was asked to play an old school set up in his home town of scotland(glasgow m8 magazine)and he said can i play my new stuff as he doesn`t play his old stuff as he`s moved forward with times and if you witnessed rezerection at the new monkey or the recent hardcore land you will know scott brown will play a uk bouncy hardcore set for 40 mins and 20 mins of proper hardcore he`s making over in rotterdam with neophyte and co.You also have to remember that it was proper hardcore that made the scene that it is today,yeah the spanish makina is like bouncy techno/happy hardcore of 96/97 but don`t forget 93/94/95 that was the proper hardcore which people loved and still like to reminise today.What will dj scott do if he asks him not to play proper hardcore and he goes ahead and does it anyway? kick him of the decks - i don`t think so,you can`t book the lord of hardcore and expect him to play what you want him to play and a lot of people who go to the H13 events are craving proper hardcore - as to say they won`t dance is utter bollocks all you have to do is a questionaire and there`s more music out there than just spanish makina so come on get him to play proper hardcore thats what the scene needs - remember judgement day - i don`t need to say much more as there is a lot of hardcore fans out there who will back me up so come on sort it out and you will realise when more people start coming to the H13 events. :)

Scott brown played hard stuff at the end of his set at Oasis and rocked it. Itys not scary stuff, its got melody, that style of gabber isnt just noises thrown together, its very well produced and some of the beat patterns are stompy as fuck, give it a chance before rejecting it.

Lets just appreciate the fact that Scott has got him to play.. he will be the biggest DJ thats ever played at Hangar, the only other DJ that comes close for world reputation is M-Zone. I dont think anyone needs to worry whether he will be playing this or that... Scott Brown rocks every dancefloor he plays to, thats why he was voted best DJ at the hardcore heaven awards, and why he is the worlds most famous Hardcore DJ, lets just enjoy it rather than worry about it.

No it didnt happen every date he said yes to he came back a few days later saying he couldnt as he forgot about a gig he had on the same night here there and everywhere.
