No, because agian, we will not show you any content that you specifically dont follow, to avoid overwhelmed notifications. We are thinking of the bigger picture for the future with this, as in a few months time to a year, when site traffic becomes busy, if we allowed all new content to either send out notifications or all be added to users unread content feeds, to the non-daily user you would have pages and pages to go through and a very long list of notifications. We do understand at the minute its pretty straight forward to receive the odd notification or new topic to the unread feed and be easy to keep ontop of for users, but it future.. it will not. If you would like to clear the "New" notification for topics within a category, please see below an example of how to do this. You can find the "mark forum as read" button on the top right of each category once you enter it... Agian this is part of our default option of all notifications off for all content, you will receive all notifications for any content you have created or replied to or specifically chose to follow, but not everything everyone else posts. Hope this helps.

Yes I may have looked into the section to be honest, but ive no actually been into certain posts in there which would still be as unread, is there no way to maybe just make it within the unread content that you can mark as read or something without actually having to enter them for future purposes? Even if you have entered a particular section it doesnt mean you've clicked in them particular posts in turn is still unread content.

Ok Great, We shall leave this for others to view incase they have the same enquiry. Have you viewed this section at all? If you have viewed a section, it will count as viewed content going forward, no matter if others reply activley. From the screenshot you have provided, it is possible you have viewed the content around when it was first posted and any active replies to the content (Title becomes bold) are marking it as "new" for a reply you have not seen, not the content itself. We have turned all notifications off by default for all users to stop the notifications being overwelmed for users when they log on, as your notifications will go from currently 1-2 per day for example, to 30-50+ if you were to get notifications for everything across the forum. This dose not stop users missing updated content though, Alternativley we have set up the option for each user to choose which content they will get notifications for and at the same time what is added to their "unread content" feed. You can choose this by hitting the Follow button above every bit of content throughout the site, not just the forums, find bellow an example were 2 users are already following this topic we have chosen... Meaning, these 2 users will recieve notifications and information added to their "Unread Content" for ALL updates within this section. Hope this helps, Thanks.

Funny you said to do what you said, I honestly felt like I had not read everywhere on the site, as certain sections arent for me, I done what you suggested as soon as I seen I had a Notification and it has worked that time, so just delete this and i'll inform further if I see anything else and i'll be sure to screenshot it or even screen record it. (I always have shadow play on in the backgroud so it'd catch anything like that. Here is a post I definately have not seen or read so I would have thought that would be in my unread content.

Hi @ Swad . We have looked into this from our Account and a Test member account, Both showing unread content as intended, If possible, next time you get a notification, could you open unread content before the notification? It may be possible that you have seen all content currently within the forums, or do you feel this is not the case? Thanks.
-
Alright, I've noticed that the Unread Content button is not showing any unread content as intended. This is the same on Windows 11 (Chrome) and my Android Device (Samsung Internet). Hopefully this is something that can be fixed if found to be an issue, but if you think it is a Me issue, let me know and ill see what I can do to fix it. Ive got the latest version of both browsers and i've also deleted all my caches too.

Hello @ Mr Excess , No, General Users are able to upload to the Downloads section within "General audio" which contains "Single Tracks" & "Sets". They have the ability to do this once they reach the Official Member stage on their accounts, they get to this by interacting around the site and mainly within the forum by, reacting to content, commenting, posting etc. The stages they will need to work through in order to achieve this is from Lurker -> New commer -> Member, Once they reach the "Member" rank they will be automatically promoted to the "Official Member" group. In turn unlocking many more tools across the site, one of them with the ability to upload to our Downloads section, the only restriction to this is that general users cannot charge for files. Hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hello, Can only Music Producers upload to the downloads section? I just have a mate asking, Cheers

Problems with soundcloud links not embedding.
Ultimate Buzz replied to Swad's question in Help & Advise
Hi @ Swad , Thats no problem, thanks for your message. We will move this to the "Help & Advise" Section at the bottom of the forum just so other users can see in case they come across the same issue. It seems that mobile users may not be getting announcment notifications via mobile? Currently if this is the case, please let us know and we can convert them into relevantly placed posts, as all categorys in the "DJs & MCs" section contain an announcment notification of how embedding works. Just in case this is not showing for mobile users, here is that announcment... http://www.ultimatebuzz.net/index.php?/announcement/3-how-to-embed-soundcloud-links-and-audio-files-automatically/ Please read for the detailed information, however yes, the mobile version dose not support embedding. This is not our site - this is because the browsers available on mobile devices dont support it. Hope this helps. -
Alright? Dunno if this is the right place to post this but I remember seeing the post about these posts getting priority with it being in VIP lounge. So please edit and move if needs be. When I've posted my sets on here in the up & coming section the links aren't embedding like you state it will. Don't know if this is because they're larger files than the likes of tunes but I've waited for a while and it never changes. I am making the posts from my phone so don't know if it is because of that? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

This is one of the best courses available. If you're interested in making Makina this course is an absolute must-have.
-
Great Makina course from Infinite at Rewired Records I learned so much from this and Infinite, he is always there to give further advice and tuition too. So if you always wanted to try this it's a fantastic place to start.

djmurphy changed their profile photoRicky conroy changed their profile photoKane Ruption changed their profile photoAlways wanted to produce but don’t know where to start? I was in the exact same place around 20 years ago. My production journey started right here on Ultimate Buzz. When I started learning, the information I needed wasn't available anywhere. The sounds I needed weren't available anywhere. I managed to get a copy of FL Studio but I had no idea what any of the buttons and features did and the program looked really technical and overwhelming, but I was determined to keep going. I found some support here in the Buzz forums from other producers that were kind enough to give me feedback and advice and that was a massive help but still it took a hell of a lot of time, trial and error and pushing buttons and hoping for the best 😅 I was doing some absolutely crazy methods of producing to begin with and it was slow progress for quite some time. It was a good few years of hard graft before I made a track that I was really happy with. Slowly but surely I started to understand the software and eventually my tracks started to sound pretty good. As time went on it became much easier to take my ideas and translate them into the software. Each new track would get more advanced and my own unique sound was starting to develop!... As I said earlier, the sounds I needed just weren't available anywhere so very early on I had to start learning about sampling and creating my own sounds and started building up my own collection of Makina / Rave sounds to use in my tracks. Around 2012 I decided to release a big folder of these sounds called 'Makina Toolkit 1' that other producers could use in their tracks so they wouldn't have to go through the slow and torturous journey that I did 😅 This turned out to be really popular and helped a lot of people so I continued making more packs and began making video tutorials too. I wanted to provide all the support and resources that I was looking for when I started. Over the next decade I created countless sample packs, tutorials and other resources for producers, I also provided 1-to-1 sessions at The Bunker in Sunderland for a while before moving my teaching online to be able to reach more people through online Zoom / Screen Share sessions. Around 5 years ago I released my first pre-recorded Makina Course so producers could watch the lessons in their own time, anywhere in the world. This allowed me to reach more producers than ever before and since then I've had the pleasure of teaching 100s of producers that are now confident and making waves in the scene with releases on multiple labels like Mini Mammoth, Monta, The New Monkey and of course our label - Rewired Records. Within 4 weeks of following this course, a lot of the students were further ahead than I was in 4 years 🤣 When the knowledge and tools are available to you its SO MUCH EASIER! I know there's a few common things that stop people from even getting started with production - some of the main ones being TIME, MONEY and thinking IT'S GOING TO BE TOO HARD. To help remove these blocks I released a FREE step-by-step mini course that covers all of the basics (enough to build the main part of a track) in around an hour! You can also follow along with the FREE trial of FL Studio so there's no need to be blocked by Time, Money or Skills. This mini course is broken down into very short and easy to follow videos that you don't need any previous experience to follow! Check out Lesson 1 here 🙂 Something that students always say to me is "I wish I'd started sooner"... Don't put it off and miss out on time that you could be using to make great music and leaving your mark on the scene. If you want to get started for FREE, absolutely no pressure or risk involved - give the Free Course a go If you want more support after that or you prefer personal / 1-to-1 support check out one of my bigger paid courses or contact me either here (through Ultimate Buzz) or through our Website or Facebook page and I'd be happy to help you. Take the leap and months from now it could be your tracks blowing the roof off the club with your favourite MC's smashing it, and I can tell you... that is the Ultimate Buzz 😆🙌

Loona changed their profile photoOrdered Logo, Great design, cheap prices and fast turn around. Provider was in constant contact for updates. Thank you! EXAMPLE REVIEWHello @ Infinite , We do not restrict on cover photo or profile photo dimentions - only size, so we can't specifically answer your question. You will notice that viewing your cover photo on a mobile may contain empty space (grey), this is due to the mobile version of the website being built more to support a vertical view, were as desktop is supported more by landscape. I have taken a look at your cover photo currently, if you would like upload an image that will suit both versions, the dimentions recommended is Width: 1024px by Height: 440px then any text you would like to add, place it within the image so that it is uniform to the landscape view. Hope this helps.- 1 reply
